Trinity Lutheran College is governed by a College Council. Membership is drawn from the local Lutheran congregation and other Christian churches as per the current constitution. The College Principal, Business Manager and the Pastor of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church serve as consultants to Council.

Strategic Directions 2015 – 2025 describes the vision, values and the seven areas of strategic intent which will inform and set the direction for the College over the coming years. An annual improvement plan describes the priorities, actions and outcomes that will enable our strategic direction to be realised. These priorities and actions are reviewed annually.
Trinity Lutheran College is required to comply with the Commonwealth Privacy Act (1988) and the privacy laws as amended by the Privacy Amendment Act 2012 with the introduction of the new Australian Privacy Principles (2014). The Privacy Act regulates the manner in which personal information is handled throughout its life cycle, from collection to use and disclosure, security, accessibility and disposal.
